RADIATOR is a device, which is used to cool the engine through heat exchanging processes between the coolant and atmosphere in which, extra fans are applied to accelerate the heat exchanging process. As a leader in engine cooling industry, HCC is enforcing all it’s efforts, not only to increase the efficiency and cooling performance of a RADIATORS, but also to optimize the performance of a vehicle through reduction of weight and FAN consumptions as well.
High Class Optimum Design
HCC provides optimized Heat Exchanging Performance and Cooling Systems based on characteristics of a vehicle. With HCC’s RADIATOR, it is possible to arrange the CROSS FLOW and DOWN FLOW in a symmetric sequence.

Light-Weight, High Performance Radiator
The combination of HCC’s ultra thin TUBE and FINS provides utmost heat exchange performances. It has become possible to obtain high performance ratio compared to weight ration of an ALLUMINIUM ALLOY through size and weight reduction processes.

Durability, Anti-Corrosion
Durability and Anti-corrosion ability of HCC’s RADIATOR has been enhanced greatly due to it’s application of BRAZING and ALUMINIUM technology and addition of PLASTIC TANK.
HCC’s COOLING MODULES have made possible to form a RADIATOR with a CONDESER and FAN & SHROUD installed on it’s RADIATOR TANK.

Located up-front side of the vehicle’s engine room, the purpose of CONDENSER is to transform the refrigerant that has been transferred to the compressors after its heat exchanging process with the air has been completed, which is of high temperature and pressure in vaporized state, to a liquid state. Heat exchanging process of a CONDENSER is a process of external discharging of the heat, which has been transferred by the EVAPORATOR that is located within the Air-Conditioning system inside a vehicle.
Light-Weight, High Performance CONDENSER
By applying separable IRDS CONDENSERS, the performance of an Air-Conditioning system can be improved through by decreasing the temperature of refrigerant at liquid state that passes through the CONDENSER, which is achieved by improving the heat exchanging efficiency within a CONDENSER by itself, and it also helps to decrease the refueling amount of the refrigerant. HCC’s highly efficient CONDENSERS provides excellent heat exchanging performances with it’s combinations of ultra thin TUBES and FINS and with it, fuel efficiency can be greatly improved through power reductions that are required by the COMPRESSORS.

High Class Optimum Design
HCC provides CONDENSERS with various thickness types based on characteristics of a vehicle and even if it is of small size, it can still provide adequate performance, because they are all highly efficient CONDENSERS.

Durability, Anti-Corrosion
All the performance and durability tests that are required to verify the capability of the CONDENSERS can be taken with our own equipment at HCC. HCC’s CONDENSERS have fulfilled all the requirements related to durability and anti-corrosion issues that are being requested by the customers of all ready-to-drive vehicles.

With HCC’s IRDS CONDENSERS, the number of component used in assembly process can be reduced through integrated brazing processes of Liquid Receiver Dryers and CONDENSERS.
HCC’s CONDENSERS provides various performance results depending on it’s thickness, FINS and TUBES. Category classifications based on the thickness are as follows;
Located behind the RADIATOR and CONDENSER, the purpose of FAN & SHROUD is to maintain the cooling performance of the RADIATOR and CONDENSER by forcing the air to pass through the activated fan. It consists of FAN, which is in windmill shape, a MOTOR to activate the FAN and SHROUDS that act as MOTOR SUPPORT and AIR GUIDE. It is activated on the basis of such factors as, temperature of the coolant, activating conditions of Air-conditioner and pressure of the Refrigerant.
High Performance, Low Noise
HCC has been developing and applying the wave type FANS and Saw-Tooth type SHROUDS with distinctive design that could increase the wind velocity of the FAN and reduce the noise it generates.

Durability & Optimized Design
All the performance and durability tests that are required to verify the capability of the FAN & SHROUDS can be taken with our own equipment at HCC. Therefore, it is possible to conduct necessary tests for selecting the optimum design and materials. It is also possible to conduct the test with conditions that are equal to the surrounding conditions of the vehicle in real time simulation basis through our wind tunnel tests.

HCC’s FANS have been developed with various sizes that satisfy the needs of the performances and engine room spaces. It is possible for shroud to apply various types of MOTORS such as Flat and Low Profile category types, which have been already developed with various output ability and torque speed.
HCC’s FAN & SHROUDS are classified on the basis of the requirements of the vehicle’s performance and engine room spaces, which are as follows;
TOC is a cooling device of which is used to maintain the adequate temperature of an AUTO TRANSMISSION and it is categorized into embedded water cooling type OIL COOLER, which is installed within the RADIATOR TANK ,and exterior air-cooling type OIL COOLER that is being installed on to the devices such as a CARRIER and a COOLING MODULE. The role of TOC is to reduce the temperature of the TRANSMISSION OIL through by means of heat exchanging actions with coolant or atmosphere.
